Our Monthly External Prayer Focus
Contrary to popular opinion, prayer is doing something! Each month we focus on one area, agency, or group in our community and pray for that concern specifically. We post the prayer concern on our church marquee and email out specific ways to pray and also serve or volunteer when possible. Seeking the welfare of our city and community begin with prayer!

Prayer Shawl Ministry
We are blessed with several people who knit and/or crochet and are using their talent to make prayer shawls to give to those who are in special need of God's love, comfort, and compassion.

Robeson County Mission and Wheelchair Ramps
Third week in July
Each summer we send a mission work team of youth and adults to Robeson County, NC to help build wheelchair ramps and address other concerns for families that are in need of assistance. We also occasionally identify local needs in Alamance County and do the same.

Library Ministry
One of our most active ministry teams is those who work with our library. This team keeps our library full of new and relevant books and materials for all age groups. Each year they have several programs to encourage young readers for both our playschool and our church children and their families. In addition, they serve regularly at South Graham Elementary school and work side by side with the library there!
