Each month, our children's ministry team coordinates a community oriented mission for the children to engage. We have made cookies and delivered them to firefighters, made dry soup kits for our little free pantry, and various other ministries with similar missions. This fall we will clean out the storage shed on campus together and for our Christmas mission, we will deliver poinsettias to elder members in the congregation. Contact Chris Fulkerson for more information.

open every sunday!
Every Sunday during both worship services (at 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.) and during Discipleship hour (at 10:00 a.m.), the church nursery is staffed with two childcare workers. All children aged 0-5 are welcome. We have a lead nursery worker and an additional aid to make sure our ratios are covered and to ensure that you're children are never alone with one caregiver. We allow snacks and drinks and folks are welcome to bring diapers bags- our workers are happy to change them for you. classes for all ages
During Discipleship hour on Sunday morning, between worship services, we have a place for each and every age to engage in Christian education. Our elementary aged students are divided into two classes. The kindergarten through 2nd grade class and the 3rd through 5th grade classes are separated to tailor lessons to developmental abilities. The younger aged classroom meets in Room ____, while the older aged classroom meets in Room _____.

busy bags for little hands
Each week, we have a group of volunteers that prepare kits for worship. These are easily identified in the back of each worship space, both in the fellowship hall and the sanctuary, as they are in bright red drawstring bags all hung on up on a coat rack. These are for use during worship to help keep little hands busy during the service. Please do return them at the close of worship.

vacation bible school
A fun-filled week during the summer where children learn about Jesus and God's great love. Each day the children will worship with high-energy praise songs, hear a Bible story, play games, and enjoy a yummy snack. The week ends with a family fun night where parents and siblings are invited to come enjoy bounce houses, a waterslide and ice cold snacks. The following Sunday, we invite folks to worship to enjoy time together sharing the songs and lessons learned throughout the week.

family christmas eve
All are invited as we celebrate the coming of the Christ Child on Christmas Eve. The family service has been held at Dinner Bell Farm at 4:00 p.m. over the past few year, with our praise team leading the singing of Christmas carols, and we close the service with a candlelight version of Silent Night- giving the children glow sticks for safety purposes. Afterwards we invite folks to mingle for Christmas cookies and warm drinks by the fire circle.
